Family First

Family First
Well, here's a rather unsettling illustration of Cersei and Jaime Lannister from George R.R. Martin's Song of Fire and Ice novels. I actually inked it before Game of Thrones came out on HBO, so this is based off of my memory of the novels.

If you're new to the series, then I'll just say that these two are siblings that have a very un-sibling relationship. EEP.

Sir Gallahadagher

Sir Gallahadagher
I've always wanted to try my hand at Dungeons & Dragons. I'm sure half the fun is making a character. This would TOTALLY be mine.

Sir Gallahadagher (not plain ol' Gallagher) deals massive splash damage.

Cretaceous Whisper

Cretaceous Whisper
Please do not try to find reason or logic in this illustration. Just feel your way through it. This past weekend at NOLA Comic Con, a few of the creators hung out on the Saturday night at a Drink & Draw. I was working on drawing some figure driving a dinosaur creature. I inked in the creature but left the driver out. The next day I decided to finish the illustration. Someone at the artist table behind us kept playing "Careless Whisper," which made me think of the Sexy Sax Man YouTube video. So he ended up being the dino-pilot.

Yep. And he must be piloting the dinosaur through time because there definitely weren't arrows back in the Cretaceous Period.

Le Woof

Le Woof
I was sitting around behind a booth at NOLA ComicCon this past weekend, drawing random things, when I was COMMANDED to draw Chloe's dog, Diego. She commanded me. Kind of. Anyway, here's Diego, being all fancy.

Lance Henriksen

Lance Henriksen
I've always been a fan of Lance Henriksen, from his role as Frank Black to Bishop to "That Pretty Cool Cop That Gets Killed Off Kind of Quickly In Terminator 2." I've been threatening to do some sort of LH fan art for a while, so here's a quick sketch. There may be something more time-intensive in the future, though!

Birth of the Animal King

Birth of the Animal King
If you've played through Portal 2, you may get a kick out of this illustration, which is my interpretation of how our Animal King was born. This obviously takes place years and years before the game-changing "Animal King Takeover," as hypothetically offered in the game.

I really, really love how this illustration came out. It's a very different style for me, but I think it went well with the concept. Thanks for checking out my art!

I also just created a Tumblr, if you'd like to check it out: Birth of the Animal King
